All purchases of wig units are final, and no refunds will be issued. We strive to provide high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction, but due to the nature of our business and hygiene considerations, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for wig units. Is a deposit required for Makeup services?

Be advised that a non-refundable deposit of $35.00 is mandatory for all makeup services. This deposit secures your appointment slot and ensures that our makeup artists are prepared to provide you with the best service possible. Due to high service demand and the need to allocate resources effectively, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
Do you offer Bridal Makeup services?

We absolutely do! For all bridal makeup services, online booking is unavailable. To secure your bridal makeup appointment, we kindly ask that you reach out to us via email. Upon contacting us, we will provide you with a bridal contract outlining the details of services, pricing, and terms & conditions. This process ensures that we can tailor our services to meet your specific needs and preferences for your special day. What are the turnaround times for receiving products?

Shipping times for wig purchases vary depending on the type of unit. Custom units may take between 2 to 5 weeks to be shipped, as they are tailored to your specific preferences. On the other hand, "ready-made" and some custom units can be shipped within 5 to 7 days, excluding weekends and special holidays. Additionally, for eyeshadow, lashes, and lipstick products, please allow up to 7 business days for shipping, excluding holidays. We strive to ensure that your products reach you in a timely manner while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Do you offer custom coloring for wigs?

We do offer custom services tailored to your preferences. Email us with your inspiration color, and let us transform your wig into a stunning, unique creation.
